Outsource payment of rewards

Rewarding people outside the company is great but calculating and making these payments can be daunting. Zao takes care of all these payments for you. Even if you hire 100 people a month, you'll only need to send us just one lump payment for that month. We'll distribute the appropriate payments to the referrers in each successful hiring chain.

You can also limit the degrees of separation between you and applicants, blocking anyone who isn't one or two degrees of separation from you.

Zao automatically adds a gamification layer to your referral program, making it fun for everyone and allowing you track and manage participation. If you choose to do so, you can share the leaderboard with your employees.
